You can get these on dubia.com. As they grow you can start offering larger prey such as dubia roaches, crickets, and black soldier flies. Water should be offered by misting or spraying the walls of the enclosure a few times per week. Otherwise they will get most of their moisture from the insects they eat.

links here

https://dubiaroaches.com/products/fruit-fly-culture?_pos=1&_psq=fruit&_ss=e&_v=1.0

https://dubiaroaches.com/products/dubia-roaches?variant=41602997616831

Care Needs:

Enclosure: At least 8"x8"x12" with branches or vines to climb.

Temp/Humidity: 70"85°F, 50"60% humidity.
